Gabriella received a BA in Political Science and an MA in Secondary Education at the University of New Mexico. She is currently a PhD candidate in the Special Education department at the University of New Mexico. She has completed her coursework and is in her “dissertation era.” Gabriella has been in education for 8 years. She has been a Special Education teacher, a General Education teacher, and most recently a Director of Special Education. She has taught various courses around curriculum development and classroom management at CNM and at UNM. This year, she is happy to return to the classroom, a place where her heart lies. Gabriella is a dog mom of two goofy dogs (a Weimaraner and a Miniature Schnauzer). She enjoys running (although slow) and dancing. She spends most of her free time doing these activities with my loved ones. She reads a ton and she is always on the lookout for her next horror read.
