She has 3 solid years of work as an Educational Assistant with all elementary grade levels, and prior experience substitute teaching from Pre-K all the way through 8th grade. She has had many years of learning to work with students of different backgrounds and different class subjects, and learning how to connect with them to meet in the middle to best help them approach school academically and socially.
She is a former student of East Mountain High School- class of 2010. And her Bachelor’s degree is in Animation and Visual Effects, from New Mexico State University, class of 2016. This understanding of entertainment media has helped her cross the generation gap with this current era of students, building better relationships and meeting them at what’s relevant to them today.
In her spare time, she’s a huge fan of independent artists in all mediums, hiking, exploring the old town parts of the cities, traveling, photography, writing, and spending time with her sweet old heart dog.
